Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) is the national carrier of the Kingdom of Thailand. Its founding partnership with SAS in 1959 was one of the earliest airline alliances ever signed. The Government holds 53.42% of the Company’s shares through 51.03% held by the Ministry of Finance and 2.39% held by the Government Savings Bank Fund.
